FISH AND AQUACULTURE
SunnLab perform analyses both on fish and other sea farmed products like shells and shellfish. Our staff is highly skilled and experienced when it comes to fish and aquaculture, and we can come to your facilities if desired.
For fish products we perform analysis that can document the quality on all stages of the production process. This could be for instance fat and fatty acids, colour, tracing of medicines in the fish meat, proteins and amino acids.
SunnLab can also analyse mussels, where we are in a formal co-operation with Noregs Veterinærhøgskule for this work.
